The North Medford Oregon location is absolutely ridiculous. I attempted to take my 4 year old son to get a hair cut. They denied services because he wasn't masked. Upon reminding them that the State mask mandate is only for those over 5. We were told they have their own policy that anyone over 2 needed to be masked. Even after informing them that he had a medical issue that made him wearing a mask impossible, he was still denied service. I'd also like to point out that while this store has a store policy that differs from the state mandate, their manager on duty had her mask below her nose the entire time. I do not recommend anyone use this store.

Absolute worst experience. Waiting time was extended by 1.5 hrs because we "requested" the F@t one with green hair. Most unorganized place uve ever had the misfortune of seeing first hand.

I’ve been called everything from the asparagus from veggie tales to a cast member in Grease. I am now wearing a hat. I can’t tell what’s going on because I have to take my glasses off while I’m being cut but when I’m allowed to take a look, it’s too late. I’ll be wearing a beanie in 100° weather until it grows back. Lesson learned, don’t say, “do what you think is best, you’re the professional.”
