I am sorry to say, I was not made to feel welcome and the stylist, a woman I'd say in her 40's perhaps, did not do the "MVP experience" I had come in to try. I had never been to, nor heard of Sport Clips, but it sounded fun and found a coupon that made it a bargain to try, so I went in. The way they behaved, I started to wonder if it was supposed to be men only, but they didn't say that, and I saw no such signs posted, and it seemed unlikely. However, I had to prompt the woman repeatedly about what had been listed as included with the MVP, and she did the very minimum. I wouldn't call the shampoo anything but perfunctory, I had to ask about the steam towel, and no "scalp treatment" at all. I tried to call afterward to talk to the manager or owner, but was told none was available.

I just wanted to thank the staff at the Medford location for being so patient! We took our (almost one year old) son in for his first haircut and Erin was amazing! She did so well and was so patient and made a great experience. The rest of the staff were awesome supporters and helped get pieces of his hair for the baby book. I was so insanely thrilled with our visit and will definitely be returning for his further haircuts. Thank you so much!
