he staff was very friendly and helpful. Considering the current situation the staff was more than accommodating to tye safety of myself and other customers. My wife loved the haircut and I will be returning for my next haircut.

I made an account just to post my review based on my experience at this specific Sports clips. I go to sports clips all over the US because I love their decent haircuts an the triple play package. This was before covid. I just want to say Erin D the one who cut my hair did an absolutely terrible job. Didn't line me up correctly. Barely made effort for conversation. The lack of effort by this stylist was just plan rude, if I could I would rate her negative. Absolutely rude, doesn't listen to customers, an they favor black clientele. Being a minority myself I was appalled at the lack of unprofessional/comfortable attitudes towards customers. I saw her disrespecting the Hispanic stylist with her little side comments an micro aggression. LEARN HOW TO ACT IF YOUR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I felt like this was like the a scene from the barber shop. Well this is 2020 You need to serve ALL people. Again avoid Erin D at all cost rude racist obnoxious. I hope everyone sees this post an avoid this specific sports clips. If anything go to a great clips or a smart style where you won't get treated like dirt.
